We’re back. It certainly didn’t make our day to realize we lost all of our web content from last year’s Mexico cruising blog! But life goes on. And boy, ours sure has. The experience sailing in Mexico last year changed us and we felt more connected to the ocean than ever before. We moved to Port Townsend, Washington from Colorado. Port Townsend is a sailing community and Victorian port located on the Olympic Peninsula in northwest Washington, USA. We are now gearing up for our next sailing adventure in Mexico, and excited to share our experiences on this blog!

The Puget Sound is a magical place. This is a shot of Mount Rainier and a sailboat on a Sunny day in February.

Enjoying some water views at Fort Worden State Park.

Couple shot in Westport, WA on the Pacific coast. The waves and surf pounded the sandy bluffs for days.

Hangin’ out with cousin Eden in front of some Dungeness Crab pots in Westport!

These beauties were very tasty. We did not catch them as they were only in season for commercial fishing at the time.

Port Townsend, WA and the Boat Haven Marina

We now live closer to our nephews, Ewen and Oliver. A treat to spend time with them on the waterfront!
